Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of details and information, Appliance Care do not accept any responsibility for errors, omissions, modifications or any consequence thereof and we reserve the right to change details. Appliance care shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability or otherwise of any parts required for the repair of an appliance. Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time, usually provided by the product's manufacturer. Manufacturer's names - part numbers - model numbers are used for reference only. Use of these names - part numbers - model numbers does not always imply that the products are actually made by them. Where a manufacturer offers a guarantee on a product, this may be conditional on repairs being performed by a qualified electrician. Appliance care can not be held responsible if the appliance is damaged or your warranty is voided.
We do our best to ensure availability of all our products and we endeavour to supply all parts within the quoted timeframe (usually 2-7 days). If there is a delay or problem and we are not able to supply the product to you within the quoted time frame we will inform you of this and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available.
Please note, claims for damaged parts must be made in writing to both Appliance Care and the carriers within 3 days of receipt of goods. The damaged part - goods must be returned to the company with full details of damage date and invoice no.
Any claim for non-delivery of parts - goods should be made in writing to both Appliance Care and the carriers within 7 Days of order date.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust the prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates or as a result of an international price increase. All spare parts ordered may vary from price quoted at time of order due to manufacturers changes in specification and price.
All repairs carried out by Appliance Care have twelve months parts and labour guarantee on parts fitted unless otherwise stated.
Parts purchased in error are not returnable or refundable. Parts wrongly supplied by Appliance Care can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
